Mercedes-AMG is set to deliver one of the most eye-catching line-ups of the 2026 DTM season, with four GT3 cars featuring distinct liveries that blend brand identity, creativity and motorsport heritage.
The cars will be run by Landgraf Motorsport and Winward Racing, with Lucas Auer, Tom Kalender, Maro Engel and Jules Gounon behind the wheel. Each entry showcases a unique visual concept designed to stand out both on and off the track.
Lucas Auer, runner-up in the 2025 DTM, will be one of the highlights with an Adidas-inspired livery. His Mercedes-AMG GT3 features a blue base with three white stripes, echoing the iconic look of the sportswear brand. The Austrian driver points to the striking nature of the design and its immediate visual appeal.
Team-mate Tom Kalender will race in the colours of Febi, with a red and white scheme aimed at maximizing visibility on track. The young German believes the new look strengthens the team’s presence on the grid.
Maro Engel’s car features an evolution of his previous design, now enhanced with a cheetah motif symbolising speed. The concept was developed with input from his father, a former fashion designer, adding a personal dimension to the project. Ravenol remains the main sponsor.
Meanwhile, Jules Gounon continues with the iconic Mann-Filter “Mamba” livery, one of the most recognisable designs in international motorsport. The yellow and green scheme, featuring snakeskin patterns and aggressive visual elements, has been a staple on grids since 2015.
For Mercedes-AMG, this visual diversity reflects a broader strategy to highlight partnerships and brand identity. According to Head of Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Christoph Sagemüller, the DTM offers an ideal platform to combine performance with visual storytelling, ranging from modern streetwear influences to classic motorsport cues.
With distinctive liveries and strong on-track presence, Mercedes-AMG aims to stand out both competitively and visually throughout the season.
