Ford has unveiled the Capri Collection, a new limited-edition version of its all-electric Capri coupé, combining distinctive design elements with enhanced specifications.
Inspired by the model’s rich heritage — spanning both motorsport success and iconic road-going versions — the Capri Collection joins the Ford Collection range, a lineup of special editions designed to offer unique styling and added value.
On the outside, the Capri Collection stands out with its exclusive Tribute Blue paintwork, a clear nod to the model’s historic racing colors. The more assertive look is reinforced by revised front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and a rear spoiler, all finished in black. Newly designed 21-inch alloy wheels, featuring a machined finish with satin black accents, further emphasize its sporty character.
Inside, the cabin combines a Black Onyx base with Tribute Blue highlights across the seat bolsters, seat belts, and trim elements. The seats also feature vertical stripe inserts, echoing the Capri’s performance-oriented DNA.
Beyond aesthetics, Ford has significantly expanded the model’s technological offering, introducing a range of advanced driver assistance systems aimed at improving comfort and safety. The updated Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control can now adjust speed based on road conditions, including traffic signs, curves, intersections, and roundabouts, while also incorporating traffic light recognition.
New features include a Reverse Assist system, capable of memorizing routes of up to 50 meters to simplify maneuvers in tight spaces, and Trained Park Assist, which can replicate previously learned parking maneuvers automatically.
Safety is further enhanced by Driver State Assist, which monitors driver attention and can intervene in critical situations, even bringing the vehicle to a controlled stop and contacting emergency services if necessary.
A key highlight is the introduction of Pro Power Onboard, which turns the Capri into a mobile power source with up to 2.3 kW output, allowing users to run external devices during outdoor activities. The system includes a trunk-mounted socket and an optional adapter connected to the charging port.
The SYNC Move infotainment system has also been updated, featuring a 14.6-inch movable display and Android-based software for improved responsiveness and usability. New customization options allow users to group apps into folders, while navigation and parking displays have been enhanced for better visibility.
According to Christian Weingaertner, General Manager for Passenger Vehicles at Ford Europe, the Capri is designed to meet the needs of customers seeking a versatile electric family vehicle with strong visual identity and advanced features.

Enhanced technology boosts driver assistance and connectivity in Ford Capri
The latest Ford Capri introduces an expanded suite of technologies focused on driver assistance and onboard connectivity.
One of the key upgrades is the enhanced Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, which can now automatically adjust vehicle speed based on the surrounding environment, including traffic signs, road curvature, intersections, and traffic lights.
The Reverse Assist system allows the vehicle to memorize routes of up to 50 meters, taking control of steering during reversing maneuvers, while the driver manages acceleration and braking. Meanwhile, Trained Park Assist can automatically replicate previously recorded parking maneuvers, storing up to five different scenarios.
In terms of safety, Driver State Assist uses a driver-facing camera to monitor attention levels and behavior. In critical situations, it can issue warnings or even bring the vehicle to a controlled stop and contact emergency services.
The Capri also features Pro Power Onboard, enabling the vehicle to function as a mobile power source with up to 2.3 kW capacity, suitable for powering external devices.
On the connectivity front, the SYNC Move infotainment system has been upgraded with Android-based software, a 14.6-inch display, and enhanced customization features, including app folder organization and improved layouts for navigation and parking assistance screens.
